In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to broker HR services and utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. Responsibilities

Actively engaging in talent acquisition/management, organizational development, performance management and workforce planning initiatives Acting as a coach and confidant Working closely with peers and COEs across the company to plan and implement various initiatives and processes Manage employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution Managing key HR cross business programs and priorities Using HR data and analytics to influence and drive key priorities Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements Supporting succession planning and talent development/retention Incorporating Inclusion and Diversity in everything we do Benefits

The salary range for this position is $85,600 - $107,000. This salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE:

Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Experience in managing employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution We Value

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources or a business-related field Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment Self-motivated with initiative to get things done Proven track record in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture Experience in performance management processes, including goal setting and development plans Knowledge of talent acquisition and organizational design strategies and best practices Ability to navigate and interpret HR regulations and legal requirements Experience supporting managers with teams across the US About Us
