You'll join a dynamic, mission-driven team that combines the pace of a startup with the backing of a high-growth, established business. THE ROLE

As VP of Product Management, you'll take full ownership of the front-end product landscape-leading all sales, martech, and digital acquisition initiatives. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll be the executive driving structure, clarity, and innovation across a product org that is ripe for transformation. You'll roll up your sleeves, challenge outdated processes, implement scalable solutions, and bring a fresh, strategic perspective to a high-growth team. This is a rare opportunity to shape the customer journey from first click through to enrollment. RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and execute the front-end product strategy: lead scoring, routing, segmentation, and conversion optimization Build and scale a high-performing product team (mix of ICs, managers, directors) Oversee implementation of Martech infrastructure (including CDP rollout) Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Marketing Act as a thought partner to founders and executive leadership Champion modern product best practices in a homegrown, fast-moving environment YOUR EXPERIENCE

15+ years in product management, 5+ at a senior leadership level Deep Salesforce experience (development, solutioning, integrations) Proven success in fintech, financial services, rewards, or similar consumer finance industries Background in building Martech and sales enablement tools Experience in scrappy, high-growth environments - able to move fast and lead from the front Comfortable navigating ambiguity, rolling up sleeves, and influencing stakeholders at all levels THE BENEFITS
