Base pay range: $220,000.00/yr - $245,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Take substantive roles in depositions, briefing (motions to dismiss, claim construction, Daubert), and trial support. Build damages and liability narratives with experts; manage discovery, ESI, and third-party subpoenas. Draft client-ready analyses on infringement, validity, and enforceability; support IPR/ITC interfaces. Collaborate closely with partners and teams across offices; maintain proactive client communications. Drive case management, calendars, and workstreams to meet aggressive litigation deadlines. Qualifications
2+ years of complex IP litigation experience (patent preferred). Strong research and writing; comfort with scientific/engineering concepts. Bachelor’s degree eligible for USPTO exam; USPTO admission preferred. New York Bar required (admitted or eligible for prompt admission). Initiative, impeccable organization, and team-first mindset.
