Our client, a publicly traded company in Baltimore County, is currently seeking a Legal Counsel to join their established in-house legal team. The incumbent will focus on commercial agreements and contracts including real estate, technology, media and vendor agreements. Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and interpreting a variety of complex commercial agreements Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and interpreting real estate revenue and expense leases and purchase and sale agreements Assist with transactions, corporate governance, regulatory and other matters Collaborate with executives and outside counsel Conduct legal research Qualifications
Juris Doctorate from accredited law school Admission to one State Bar Five years of experience with real estate and/or commercial agreements Experience at a reputable law firm Strong contract law knowledge Seniority level
