Senior Consultant - Workday HCM at Makse Group. We’re looking for a candidate with 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, specializing in Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Processes. The role involves delivering impactful Workday implementations, optimizations, and system enhancements, collaborating with client stakeholders, and guiding adoption and change management. The expected pay range for this position is $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate\'s qualifications and experience. Responsibilities
Configure and implement Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Process solutions to meet client needs. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and design scalable solutions following Workday best practices. Support all phases of project delivery, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, including configuration dependencies and integration points. Provide guidance on optimizing usability, scalability, and compliance within the Workday environment. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment across modules and business processes. Document configurations, create training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client teams. Stay up to date on Workday releases and new features, advising clients on potential enhancements. Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a strong focus on Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Processes. Demonstrated experience in configuring and supporting Workday solutions across multiple HCM modules. Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework and its impact on system functionality. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a project environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Workday certification(s) in Core HCM, Compensation, or Talent is a plus. Job Details
