Talent Acquisition .
Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, including sourcing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, screening, scheduling, interviewing, presenting, and negotiating job offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection, and timeliness of hires.
Pre-screen candidates for full-time openings; assess qualifications and culture fit through behavioral and competency-based interviews; educate candidates on the company.
Prepare salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partners.
Uphold legal requirements and company hiring policies; coach and guide managers accordingly.
Proactively track progress in the applicant tracking system to ensure metrics are captured and goals are met.
Must-Haves (Hard Skills)
Engineering recruiting and sourcing background strongly preferred
Use of LinkedIn Recruiter/Indeed, etc.
Experience sourcing for cleared and non-cleared engineering and technical skills
Full lifecycle recruiting; manage candidates through pipelines
Manage relationships with managers and HRBPs
Multi-site experience
Technical/IT and Engineering recruiting and sourcing
Experience with Excel and Outlook
Strong negotiation skills to align offers for managers and candidates
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent area with a minimum 6 years of relevant experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Preferred Additional Skills
Experience in Engineering or IT recruiting
Effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skills
Experience working in a team-oriented, customer service environment
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
Pay Range and Benefits
Pay Range: $50-$55 per hour
Pay offers depend on education, work experience, location, job duties, certifications, etc.
