We are seeking a strategic and results-driven

Vice President, Revenue Growth Management

to lead our commercial growth agenda across pricing, trade investment, and promotional effectiveness. This executive will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that drive sustainable revenue and margin growth across our CPG portfolio. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in RGM, analytics, and cross-functional leadership within the CPG or food manufacturing industry. Base pay range: $248,000.00/yr - $308,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Nissin Foods. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and lead the enterprise-wide Revenue Growth Management strategy, aligning pricing, pack architecture, trade investment, and promotional planning with business objectives. Partner with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategies that optimize revenue and profitability across channels and customers. Drive scenario planning and revenue modeling to support strategic decision-making and long-term growth.

Commercial Analytics & Insights

Lead the development of advanced analytics capabilities to uncover growth opportunities and optimize pricing, promotions, and trade spend. Oversee the creation of dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards to track RGM effectiveness and inform commercial strategies. Translate consumer, customer, and market insights into actionable revenue-driving initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing, finance, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and company-wide objectives. Serve as a key liaison between the sales team and other departments to drive customer-focused solutions.

Process Optimization & Governance

Establish governance frameworks and standardized processes for pricing, trade investment, and promotional planning. Implement tools and systems to support RGM capabilities, including pricing software, trade promotion management TPM, and analytics platforms.

Team Leadership & Development

Build and lead a high-performing RGM team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop talent across the organization to build RGM capabilities and embed best practices.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field 10+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, or Sales/Trade Marketing within the CPG or food manufacturing industry

Preferred Qualifications

MBA strongly preferred Proven track record of driving sales performance, process improvement, and revenue growth Expertise in Blue Planner, MS NAV, and data analytics tools Strong leadership, business mindset, and cross-functional collaboration skills
