Develop and maintain a funnel of potential customers and active projects for the assigned geography. Meet and exceed HTM Annual Sales Targets. Provide relevant point of view on customer/industry requirements while demonstrating industry and technical acumen commensurate with the interests of the Customer C-levels. Identify and create HTM solutions with an extensive portfolio that delivers world-class outcomes for customers and elevates Siemens position in the HTM/MVS market. Engage with the North American and Global ES teams to stay informed on the growing portfolio and evolving customer needs. Demonstrate ability to thrive in a matrix management environment and lead collaboration across Siemens business units (people, process, technology). Drive innovation through product offerings and collaboration projects to redefine HTM. Analyze customer business requirements including clinical, operational, financial, technical, and departmental level strategic objectives. Move Services from reacting to market events to proactively targeting, engaging, advancing, and advising customers. Qualifications / Requirements
Knowledge of the healthcare industry including current trends, challenges and regulatory activity affecting Siemens customers. Demonstrated expertise and success in leading the development and achievement of HTM opportunities. Strong presentation, brainstorming and communication skills. Experience in medical technology, healthcare operations, and/or MTM/MV is preferred. Mastery-level knowledge of analytics and workflow optimization in HTM. Understanding innovative business models within healthcare settings and how HTM can drive sustainable change. Design and sell unique services that redefine HTM methodologies. Minimum of 8 years sales experience forging long-term relationships with healthcare leaders in hospital operations. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Willing to travel up to 50%. Recent experience with complex sales strategies or HTM/MV business. Clean driving record. Compensation and Benefits
