Overview
Product Director, Equipment Intelligence at Danaher Life Sciences (Cytiva) leads product management of Cytiva’s portfolio of digital products to support customers’ bioprocess equipment services. What You Will Do
Evaluate and size market opportunities for digital solutions that enhance bioprocess equipment services, focusing on value creation for Cytiva’s Equipment Services organization.
Lead and evolve the product roadmap in collaboration with global cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to shape product direction and drive adoption.
Own and manage product financials, including cost structures, pipeline value, and revenue performance.
Partner with Strategic Marketing and cross-functional hardware and Equipment Services units to craft compelling go-to-market strategies for the biotech industry.
Collaborate with research and innovation teams to identify and develop future product opportunities in bioprocessing.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in Product Management, R&D, Data Science, Marketing, or Portfolio Management; 10+ years preferred.
Strong ability to assess market potential and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
Thrives in matrixed, global environments and collaborates across functions, time zones, and cultures.
Background in product management with commercial awareness, or business development, or services sales — ideally in biotech or life sciences.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of adapting offerings and co-creating value propositions with partners.
Foundation in technology, engineering, data science, or bioprocessing, and comfort with digital technologies such as advanced process control and cloud-based data systems.
Proven track record of delivering high-impact products and managing complex, high-value portfolios.
Enjoys working in a high-performing team, learning new things, and contributing to meaningful challenges.
Travel, Vehicle & Physical/Environment Requirements
Up to 20% domestic and international travel.
At Cytiva we support flexible, remote working arrangements for eligible roles. This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement; additional details will be provided by the interview team.
The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $210,000. This range may be modified in the future. The role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision, and 401(k) for eligible employees. Note: Compensation is earned and determined according to company policy and applicable law.
