A leading Colorado premium cannabis brand is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee production, including packaging, labeling, and manufacturing. This person will manage at team of 30+ employees and will ensure products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience in food and beverage, cannabis, or a highly regulated CPG environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, driving training and performance. Oversee production scheduling, forecasting, and KPI tracking. Partner with facilities on equipment maintenance and optimization. Drive efficiency initiatives and support new product launches. Qualifications
7-10+ years in manufacturing/production operations. Expertise in compliance, process improvement, and KPI-driven decision making. ERP/MRP system knowledge. Background in new product rollouts, including process design, SOP development, and scaling. Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma training is a strong plus. Seniority level
