Key Responsibilities: Process Analysis: Partner with business units to assess processes, identify automation opportunities, and gather detailed requirements. Solution Design: Architect end-to-end RPA solutions, defining bot workflows, system integrations, and exception handling using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Scalability & Governance: Develop scalable automation frameworks, establish governance models (e.g., RPA Center of Excellence), and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards. Testing & Deployment: Oversee testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and manage bot deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align automation initiatives with strategic goals. Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends in RPA, AI, and intelligent automation to propose innovative solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in automation, with at least 2–3 years in designing and implementing RPA solutions. Proficiency in RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere Strong knowledge of Python Familiarity with AI/ML concepts for intelligent automation is a plus. Process Knowledge: Expertise in process mapping and optimization methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma). Ability to analyze complex workflows and design efficient automation solutions.
