We are looking for a Trusts & Estates Partner with a portable book of business and strong business development skills to join our team. This role focuses on estate planning, administration, trust administration, and related tax issues. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to navigate complex legal matters, providing peace of mind that estates are secure and loved ones are protected. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the estate planning and administration field is required. Base pay range

Provide comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of estate planning, trusts, and estate administration to a diverse client base. Draft, review, and revise a wide variety of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. Represent clients in probate court proceedings and assist with the administration of estates and trusts. Coordinate with tax professionals to ensure effective tax planning and compliance of estates and trusts. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to trusts and estates, applying this knowledge to client matters and advising clients of any potential impacts. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on their cases and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop and implement strategies that best serve our clients' interests. Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the IL State Bar. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in estate planning and administration, with a focus on trusts and estates. In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations related to trusts and estates. Excellent drafting and document review skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex legal issues. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and effectively explain complex legal concepts. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and upholding the integrity of the legal profession. Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases concurrently, and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Equal Opportunity
