Overview
Senior Manager Offering Management Analytics Business Unit. We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and customer-focused Offering Manager to join Qlik’s Product Go-to-Market team, supporting the growth and success of our analytics business. You will develop, manage, and optimize offers tailored for customers, working with cross-functional teams to shape market-ready offerings that align customer needs with product innovation, driving growth and financial performance. This role reports to the Head of Offering Management and Product Commercialization and will influence the commercial strategy and footprint of Qlik's analytics business. You will lead cross-functional projects to optimize performance, define monetization approaches, and unlock new growth opportunities. This is a high-visibility, strategic role at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, product, sales, marketing, finance, and customer success. Responsibilities
Lead offering strategy and lifecycle for a product portfolio or market segment Develop end-to-end business plans for offerings Design, develop, and manage offers, bundles, and promotions tailored for customers Define packaging changes, bundling approaches, and simplification initiatives Deliver financial results for offerings, including profitable revenue growth and market share gains Monitor performance of offers and make data-driven recommendations Partner with finance to optimize profitability and meet financial targets Collaborate with product, sales/customer success, and marketing to create resonant offers Work with product management to align offers with features, capabilities, and roadmaps Engage with customers and partners to understand needs and tailor offers Support strategic initiatives that drive business forward Own cross-functional planning for commercial readiness, field success, and offer transitions Coordinate with sales, customer success, and product to align offerings with growth and retention goals Assist sales with contract structuring Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science; MBA or advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience as Offering Manager, Product Manager, or Go-To-Market leader Customer-centric experience with a clear understanding of customer needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills to interpret data, market trends, and financial performance Ability to develop scalable business models and make data-driven decisions Proficiency in data analysis tools, preferably Qlik Desire to stay abreast of emerging market trends Location
