As our Senior Product Manager, youll spend most of your time talking directly to end users: CISOs and cybersecurity teams. Youll own the feedback loop from customer requirements to roadmap prioritization, interfacing closely with the founders, Engineering and AI team to ensure we build the right solutions. About Us

This role serves as the critical link between our customers most demanding security challenges and the development of solutions designed to address them. The Senior Product Manager will engage with cybersecurity teams in their operational environments, partner with system architects to design seamless integrations, and integrate validated customer feedback into our product roadmap. Your work drives product-market fit, accelerates sales cycles, and turns real-world pain into breakthrough features that keep enterprises safe. What Youll Do Lead Technical Customer Discovery: Run deep-dive calls, on-site discovery and hands-on workshops with security engineers and architects to uncover real integration challenges, performance bottlenecks, and edge-case attack scenarios. Scope & Prioritize Technical Requirements: Convert customer insights into detailed API specs, data-flow diagrams, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Own the Technical Demo & Feedback Loop: Deliver side-by-side walkthroughs of prototypes and beta features to cybersecurity teams; capture feedback and feed it directly back into the sprint backlog. Architect Cross-Functional Solutions: Partner with Engineering, DevOps, UX and Customer Success to validate integration patterns, drive proof-of-concepts, plan release rollouts, and measure post-launch telemetry (latency, error-rates, adoption). Champion Customer-Driven Roadmaps: Balance technical feasibility and business valuetriage and sequence features based on impact to security posture, scalability, and time-to-value for enterprise clients.
What Were Looking For
510 years minimum in a customer-facing product or solutions role at a high-growth cybersecurity company, with a proven track record of driving feature discovery and adoption. Technical Fluency: Deep comfort discussing architectures (SaaS platforms, cloud security, TVM, SIEM) and translating between engineers, SecOps teams, and executive stakeholders. Customer Engagement Mastery: You thrive in live technical conversationswhether youre running whiteboard workshops, demoing prototypes, or briefing Csuite audiences. Outcome-Obsessed Mindset: You balance technical feasibility with business valuekeeping the customers pain points front and center to maximize ROI on every roadmap decision. 5-10 years of experience in product management working on enterprise/B2B software products. Must have worked on OFFENSIVE security products, ideally building or PMing for SIEM, SOAR, or vulnerability scanning tools.
