Overview Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center is seeking a highly motivated management candidate who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced, growing family entertainment center. The perfect candidate will be an outgoing, energetic individual with a passion for guest service and a willingness to learn everything about our business.

As the General Manager, you are responsible for the overall operation of the center including meeting or exceeding revenue and cost objectives, hiring, training and motivating team members while working with the team to ensure guest service levels exceed expectations. The General Manager oversees all center components including bowling, food & beverage, and arcade.

What We’re Looking For:

Two or more years of experience in general management

Experience in a high-volume environment

Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus

Willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need (e.g. weekends/holidays)

Previous experience with an ability to manage costs including labor costs

Key Responsibilities:

Ownership of Guest Experience

Forecasting of Sales and Payroll

Responsible for Incremental Revenue in Center

Hiring and Development Department Managers

Collaboration with Regional Manager to Ensure Smooth Operations

Additional Duties:

Weekly Revenue Forecast

Approve Hourly Staff Scheduling

Oversee Quarterly Dept. Staff Meetings

Provide Formal Monthly One-On-One’s with Dept. Managers

“Quarterback” of Culture at Their Center

Orientation and Onboarding New Staff
