Overview
Program Manager III, Marketing Systems, Google Cloud. Lead strategy and implementation of the Marketing Resource Management (MRM) platform to optimize budget and marketing planning. Define business needs, design solutions, and manage the entire lifecycle from pilot to global rollout. Collaborate with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress across cross-functional partners. Responsibilities
Develop and implement long-term MRM solutions including launch design, customer journey mapping, deployment strategies, product requirement documentation, and feature enhancements. Direct and manage implementation reviews, ensuring comprehensive user feedback is provided to and incorporated by internal cross-functional teams. Anticipate future challenges, identify systemic issues, and develop proactive strategies and solutions impacting multiple teams and departments. Build and lead cross-organizational collaborations with leadership in Product Management, Engineering, Global Marketing, and Sales to drive alignment on strategic priorities and ensure MRM solutions meet overall business objectives. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for MRM solutions, analyze data to measure impact and ROI, and make strategic recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program or project management. Experience with the design and implementation of marketing systems. Preferred qualifications
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience working across engineering, sales, and marketing teams in cloud computing or a related field. Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence across functions. Knowledge of systems architecture, constraints, and optimal resource configurations, with the ability to optimize testability, performance, reliability, and cost. About Google Cloud

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
