Edmonds College . Location: Lynnwood, Washington Salary: $72,300.36 - $81,353.63 Edmonds College seeks a professional to direct its TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) Program. TRIO SSS is funded by a U.S. Department of Education (USDOE) grant. The TRIO SSS program serves over 160 low-income, first-generation college students and/or students with documented disabilities each year. TRIO SSS provides holistic and comprehensive advising, tutoring, instructional support and student success activities. The mission is to increase retention, graduation, transfer rates to four-year institutions, and overall student success for TRIO participants. This is a full-time, grant-funded Director position responsible for program operations and accountability, including vision and leadership, supervision and evaluation of staff, budget management, grant reports and proposals, compliance with federal guidelines, deadlines, inclusive practices, recruiting eligible students, tracking and reporting progress, collaboration with the college community, and direct services to students. Commitment to the mission and values of EC, outreach, and student success. This is an exempt position reporting to the Vice President for Student Success, Belonging and Global Engagement. This role provides supervision to full-time and part-time employees and manages budgets. The TRIO SSS program is funded by the USDOE grant and is subject to reauthorization of federal resources. The grant runs on a five-year cycle and is currently funded for the 2025-2030 academic years. The Director will support writing the next five-year grant for the 2030-2035 cycle. Overall administration of the TRIO SSS and Passport to Careers Program, a Washington State program that supports unaccompanied homeless youth and former foster youth who are most often eligible for the TRIO SSS program. Interpret, evaluate and implement the TRIO SSS program in accordance with meeting the TRIO SSS outcomes identified in the grant. Oversee the program budgets and authorize expenditures of state and federal funds in collaboration with the Vice President for Student Success, Belonging and Global Engagement. Collect, review, and compile required data, and produce required reports and proposals. Qualifications:
