Job Summary
As a Senior Power Platform Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Co-Pilot Studio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities
Develop and Customize Power Apps: Design and build custom business applications using canvas and model-driven Power Apps to address complex business requirements. Create Power Automate Workflows: Develop automated workflows to streamline business processes, integrate with various data sources, and enhance operational efficiency. Leverage Co-Pilot Studio: Build and deploy AI-powered chatbots and virtual agents to enhance user experiences and automate customer interactions. Integration and Data Management: Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and other third-party systems. Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solution architectures, and ensure alignment with business goals. Mentorship and Leadership: Guide junior developers, provide technical expertise, and contribute to best practices for Power Platform development. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform solutions to ensure scalability and reliability. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to end-users and team members. Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Co-Pilot Studio. Technical Skills:
Expertise in building and customizing Power Apps with a strong understanding of user interface design and data modeling. Proficiency in creating complex workflows in Power Automate, including connectors, triggers, and actions. Hands-on experience with Co-Pilot Studio for developing AI-driven conversational agents. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and integration with Azure services. Familiarity with Power Platform governance, security, and best practices.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex business problems and design effective technical solutions. Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Microsoft Certifications
