JD from an accredited law school Must be admitted to practice in Colorado 2-5 years of litigation experience Experience drafting summary judgment motions and other dispositive motions a plus Mediation and trial preparation experience a plus Knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedures Responsibilities

Efficient management of multiple cases Timely preparation of pleadings, motions and discovery to opposing parties Participate in mediations, hearings and depositions as required Client interaction and problem resolution as it relates to cases Integration of best practices and standards in handling clients and their cases Evaluation of findings and development of strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases On-time completion of reports/projects, in adherence to partner and client needs/guidelines Accurate and timely recording of billable hours, in adherence to client guidelines and Firm policy Company Description
