Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)

serves as a resource, advocate, and facilitator, contributing to the spiritual and cultural growth of the school in alignment with its Catholic and Benedictine identity. Rooted in the Benedictine values of hospitality, community, and respect for all persons, the Director will work collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, and leadership to embed principles of equity, inclusion, and belonging into all aspects of school life. The position reports to the Dean of Benedictine Bridging and Belonging, supervises the Coordinator of the Benedictine Scholars Program and the Coordinator of Affinity Groups, and may teach a course in the Theology Department. This position will lead and support efforts to cultivate a community where all students, faculty, staff, and families feel seen, valued, and included. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in ministry, education, or other related field preferred—demonstrated experience in DEIB work in a school or youth-centered environment. Knowledge of and commitment to Catholic social teaching and Benedictine values. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and relate across diverse groups within a collaborative model of educational leadership. Experience developing and facilitating workshops, training, or student programming. Sensitivity, compassion, and integrity in engaging with complex and personal issues. Commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth in DEIB and Catholic identity work. Seniority level
