Corporate Counsel We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Corporate Counsel
to join our legal team. This role will provide strategic legal advice and support across a broad range of corporate, commercial, and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of agreements including NDAs, vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and partnership deals. Advise internal stakeholders on legal implications of business decisions and initiatives. Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, including due diligence and integration. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international laws and regulations. Assist with intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright issues. Manage external counsel relationships and legal budgets. Develop and deliver training on legal and compliance topics to internal teams. Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's operations. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar. 2+ years of legal experience, Big Law preferred Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High ethical standards and sound judgment.
