Role The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for building collaborative partnerships with key business leaders to support major strategic functions of the Global Services business (i.e., Finance, Legal, HR, etc.) through coaching, HR expertise and counseling on key people decisions.

Responsibilities

As the primary business partner for functional leaders, understand business objectives to help build an actionable people strategy for the part of the business they support. Work closely with the Communities of Excellence (COE) to drive Human Resource objectives across the business.

Drive company-wide initiatives in Talent & Succession, Leadership Development, Total Rewards and Employee & Labor Relations. May provide coaching to other HR professionals to ensure functional business objectives are met.

Collaborate with leaders, managers and other HR professionals to ensure effective management of performance and alignment with policies, work rules, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.

Provide direct coaching and counsel to managers and other HR professionals, partnering with senior HR leader and in-house counsel as appropriate to address policy application, HR procedures, and performance issues including potential termination of employment.

Lead talent reviews for the assigned business area and coordinate with Talent & Succession teams to implement development plans and enhance readiness; ensure consistency of talent and succession programs.

Lead organizational design discussions and engagement survey action planning for the assigned area.

Manage large and small projects affecting organizational structure, people or processes; involve COE and other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and successful completion.

Develop leaders within the assigned area by prioritizing program participants and ensuring managers apply learnings beyond training sessions.

Collaborate with Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent pay practices and equity across the area; coach leaders on salary assignment; monitor pay equity with the HR team.

Lead change initiatives in collaboration with leaders and COE as appropriate.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

8+ years of progressive HR experience.

Other Information

Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

Proficient in HR software and systems.

Professional HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
