This position will be in Vian. EBH has other locations in Tahlequah, Jay, Kansas, and Stilwell, Oklahoma.

*Job Summary:*

The Outpatient Therapist provides high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups at Echota Behavioral Health. This role is responsible for assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions in alignment with best practices and applicable regulations.

This position will report to the Clinical Director.

*Job Duties:*

*Therapeutic Services:*

* Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and formulate diagnostic impressions. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other care providers. * Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches. * Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. * Ensure all therapeutic interventions align with ethical and professional standards.

*Case Management:*

* Coordinate care with other professionals, including psychiatrists, medical providers, and community resources. * Assist clients in accessing additional support services, such as housing, education, or employment resources. * Advocate for clients needs and rights within the community and other systems of care.

*Documentation and Compliance:*

* Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with organizational policies, CARF accreditation standards, and applicable regulations. * Document all sessions, treatment plans, progress notes, and communications in the electronic health record system. * Ensure compliance with confidentiality laws and organizational policies regarding protected health information (PHI).

*Professional Development:*

* Participate in regular supervision, staff meetings, and case consultations. * Stay current on best practices, evidence-based therapies, and regulatory requirements by attending trainings, workshops, and conferences. * Maintain licensure and certifications as required by state and tribal regulations.

*Organizational Contributions:*

* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and client outcomes. * Support outreach and educational efforts to promote mental health awareness within the community. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational projects as needed.

*Required Qualifications:*

*Education and Licensure:*

* Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required. * Current licensure as LPC, LADC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of Oklahoma (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date). * Certification in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) is preferred but not required.

*Experience:*

* Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably in outpatient care. * Experience working with diverse populations and culturally sensitive practices. * Familiarity with trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorders treatment. * Strong therapeutic and clinical skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. * Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation tools. * Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. * Commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.

Incumbent will be required to avoid all dual relationships with clients, maintaining the professionalism of the agency.

Incumbent will be required to meet the quota of billable sessions each week, thirty (30), to maintain full-time status and be eligible for Health benefits/PTO/17 paid Tribal Holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $93,000.00 - $124,800.00 per year
