Are you an experienced audit professional ready to make an impact in the financial services sector? Our client, a leading firm in the industry, is seeking Senior Audit Associates to join their growing team. If you bring expertise in assurance services, have worked with broker-dealers, hedge funds and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Lead and execute audit engagements for financial services clients, including broker-dealers and insurance companies. Oversee complex accounting and reporting requirements under US GAAP, IFRS, PCAOB, and statutory standards. Experience with hedge funds and/or broker-dealers. Perform SOX compliance, internal controls testing, and SOC-1 reviews. Review and coach junior team members, fostering their technical and professional growth. Utilize data analytics and automation tools to optimize audit processes. What We’re Looking For: 2–4+ years of audit experience, ideally in financial services (broker-dealer experience is a strong plus). CPA designation required (active or in progress). Bachelors of Accounting. Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, PCAOB standards, and insurance accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 17). Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Experience with process optimization and data-driven audit enhancements is a plus. Why Join?
