Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Strategic Delivery: Lead a portfolio of diverse client engagements across industries. Oversee accounting operations (GAAP, close cycles, job costing) and advanced FP&A. Deliver high-value insights through reporting, planning, and strategic finance. Ensure excellence and consistency across all client deliverables. Leadership & Team Development

Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Controllers and Accountants. Drive recruiting, onboarding, and culture-building initiatives. Champion internal growth, succession planning, and continuous learning. Business Growth & Firm Strategy

Own a $2M+ book of business and deepen long-term client partnerships. Expand service offerings, improve delivery efficiency, and drive margin health. Contribute to firm innovation, thought leadership, and cross-functional strategy. Ideal Candidate Profile

10–15+ years

in consulting, corporate finance, or accounting (with FP&A and leadership experience) for mid-market companies. Proven

client services leader

with a consultative mindset and strategic acumen. Executive presence with the ability to simplify complexity and drive C-suite outcomes. History of growing business ($1M–$5M) and leading high-performing teams. Entrepreneurial, agile, and solutions-oriented. Why You Should Explore This
