Overview

Delivery Consultant - GenAI/ML, Data Science, AWS Industries (ProServe). The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team seeks a skilled Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet technical requirements and business objectives. You will work closely with customers to drive successful cloud journeys, provide technical expertise, and share best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities

Design, implement, and build complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications and models built on AWS tailored to customer needs Provide technical guidance and implementation support throughout project delivery, focusing on AWS AI/ML services Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective model training, building, and deployment strategies Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts About the Team / AWS Context

The AWS Industries Team helps AWS customers implement Generative AI solutions and realize transformational business opportunities in strategic industry verticals. The team includes architects, data scientists, and engineers working with customers to build bespoke solutions that harness generative AI. The ProServe organization helps customers realize desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud and collaborates with the AWS Partner Network to execute enterprise cloud initiatives. Basic Qualifications

5+ years of cloud-based solution experience (AWS or equivalent), including system, network, and operating system experience 5+ years of experience hosting and deploying GenAI/ML solutions (data pre-processing, training, deep learning, fine-tuning, inferences) or Data Science experience 5+ years of coding, data querying languages (e.g., SQL), and scripting languages (e.g., Python) Preferred Qualifications

PhD or MS in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience) Knowledge of AWS platform and tools; proficiency across AWS services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, EMR, S3, OpenSearch, Step Functions, Lambda, EC2) AWS Professional certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional, ML Specialty) preferred Hands-on experience with deep learning (CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer), machine learning, CV, GNN, or distributed training Experience with Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Coding, Automation and Scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python) Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on protected status.
