Director, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management - PHX at Kestra Financial. Lead the strategy and execution of real estate and facilities functions across the organization, including real estate transactions, construction projects, and day-to-day facilities operations. What You’ll Do
Real Estate Portfolio Management: lead all aspects of the company’s real estate portfolio including acquisitions, lease negotiations, renewals, dispositions, and landlord relationships; manage external brokers responsible for market sourcing, lease negotiations, and contracting; align portfolio strategy with business goals, workforce trends, and long-term financial objectives. Workplace Strategy & Facilities Management: develop and implement workplace strategies that support productivity, collaboration, and engagement; oversee day-to-day facilities operations including maintenance, vendor services, and sustainability initiatives; track space usage and drive efficiency; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, lease terms, and legal requirements. Construction & Buildout Management: lead construction and renovation projects including budget development, vendor management, timelines, and quality assurance; collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, oversee design, and ensure alignment with brand and operational standards; coordinate cross-functional support for office openings and relocations; partner with IT to implement infrastructure standards across offices. Financial Oversight & Reporting: develop and manage operating and capital budgets related to real estate, construction, and facilities; monitor spend, forecast costs, and report on KPIs to support executive decision-making. Stakeholder Engagement & Internal Alignment: serve as a primary liaison to business leaders to understand needs and provide space planning solutions; communicate updates and project timelines to executive stakeholders. What You Bring
8+ years of progressive experience in real estate, facilities management, or workplace operations. Proven success managing office buildouts, lease negotiations, and vendor relationships. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives; strategic thinker with a data-driven approach; excellent communication and stakeholder management. Experience in a multi-site or geographically distributed environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field; MBA or certifications (e.g., PMP, FMP, CFM) a plus.
