Complex Director of Finance | The Don CeSar Are you an experienced finance professional passionate about the hospitality industry? Join The Don CeSar and Beach House Suites dynamic team as our Complex Director of Finance and play a vital role in steering our financial success. In this leadership position, you will oversee all financial operations, develop strategies to enhance profitability, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations. Lead and manage all financial operations for the hotel Develop and execute financial strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal controls Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of finance leadership experience, within the hospitality industry required Strong expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting principles Proficient with financial management systems and software Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills Strategic thinker capable of interpreting complex financial data and offering actionable insights Proven leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Benefits
