Senior Principal Mechatronics Engineer

Worley . This position offers the flexibility to be performed remotely from a U.S.-based location. Responsibilities
Work in the EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) environment on standalone projects or Multidiscipline Engineering projects performing Autonomous scope of work. Lead technical projects. Develop client relationships and build the program of work. Support development of material / labor TIC cost estimates and engineering/design effort hour estimates. Support incorporation of vendor supplied packages into design. Coordinate with the workshare office to ensure work packages are prepared in compliance with home office requirements. Provide technical direction for item selection to be specified or purchased, ensure compliance with client requirements and standards, and review specifications and requisition packages prepared by others. Prepare technical bid evaluations and make recommendations for purchase. Review vendor data to ensure specifications and project requirements are met. Review long lead requisition package deliveries for schedule compliance. Develop engineering and construction scope of work documents for Autonomous scope. Qualifications
Integration of highly complex mix of automated systems incorporating robotic work cells, Independent cart technology, AGVs and AMRs for material handling, loading and unloading, robotic pick and place for components and materials. Design, configuration and programming of high speed machinery utilizing: Robotics SCARA, 6-Axis, Delta, Unified Robotic Control. Servo motion, linear motors, independent cart technology. Integrated system control machine level, safety, motion & data; complete design, engineering, fabrication management, simulation and validation. Data coordination of manufacturing execution with integration of manufacturing and business systems; design of singular control systems incorporating machine level control, safety, motion, and data. Testing and simulation of full manufacturing process including validation of planned processes and throughput. Experience implementing and programming robotic systems (Fanuc, Kuka, Yaskawa, ABB or equivalent). Experience with PLC systems programming (Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Schneider, Codesys or equivalent). Experience with HMI systems programming (Rockwell FT View/Optix, Siemens, Schneider, Ignition, Aveva or equivalent). Vision system design, implementation and programming (Keyence, Cognex or equivalent). Proven leadership capability to manage projects. Travel as required to support client deliverables. Education
Recognized Bachelors degree or Masters degree in engineering or a technical field from an accredited college or university. Note:
