Terrific opportunity for a TAS Manager (healthcare experience ideal, not required) to lead a team and work remotely with a well established and growing company! Responsibilities
Manage and review buy & sell side engagements Review quality of earnings, debt, working capital Aptitude to understand and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies, in addition to challenging target assumptions Assist and lead sections of due diligence meetings with target management Create and design tailored reports specific to key issues, such as normalized earnings, financial reporting, networking capital trends, and indebtedness considerations Prepare due diligence reports, summarizing key findings, risks, and recommendations, to support decision-making by clients Supervise, train, mentor and evaluate Seniors, Associates Qualifications
Healthcare experience is ideal but not required. Demonstrated ability to lead a team and participate in due diligence discussions. Compensation
Base pay range:
$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation: Annual Bonus (10% target) Employment type
