Your mission will involve ensuring high availability of critical services that facilitate seamless access to NGA GEOINT content based on user attributes and roles. Our innovative GxNext contract, awarded to Leidos in 2021, is set to run until 2031, giving you a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects. In this role, you will harness your technical expertise and project management capabilities to facilitate multiple client integrations with our enterprise ICAM services. Collaborating closely with the Consumer Integration team, you will play a vital role in meeting deadlines while optimizing their technical processes. This is a Springboard position - gain valuable experience that will propel you toward a technical leadership role on the program! Responsibilities: Utilize your project management skills to oversee client integrations with our services. Diagnose software issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose effective solutions. Communicate effectively with Program and/or Customer leadership, adapting your message for both technical and non-technical audiences. Support and evolve authentication methods, including Single Sign On (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), federation, and cloud infrastructure. Establish and maintain standards for describing and documenting an organization's IT architecture. Conduct software testing and validation procedures, continually enhancing these processes. Facilitate system integration and work with various services across different systems. Identify and remove obstacles, escalating larger issues to Program Leadership as needed. Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline by gathering requirements through usability sessions. Core Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance with capability to obtain a Polygraph. Must be a US Citizen. Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with extensive experience interacting with external stakeholders. Proven ability to document processes and procedures clearly. Skilled at recognizing when client customizations are necessary for standard solutions. SEC+ certification or DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, or the ability to earn certification within 60 days of employment. Proficient in debugging software, identifying root causes, and suggesting remedies. Preferred Qualifications: Active TS SCI clearance with Polygraph. Active CompTIA Sec+ Certification. Experience with strong authentication technologies and protocols (e.g., PKI, SSL). System administration skills on Linux systems. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Scrum, and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of Oracle Identity and Access Management (IdAM) suite, including Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD). Understanding of tools like Ping, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible. Experience with authentication standards such as OAuth, SAML, or PKI. Proficiency in open standards like REST, SOAP, JSON, and LDAP. Familiarity with Authentication (AuthN), Authorization (AuthZ), Digital Policy Management (DPM), and Entitlement Management (EM). At Leidos, we encourage innovation and individuality. $104,650.00 - $189,175.00 The Leidos pay range for this job is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Several factors contribute to an offer's extension, including job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
