Lead product development and qualification for NAND-based SSD products, from prototypes to mass production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers on engineering issues and product development. Develop and implement manufacturing test methodologies, ensuring quality and cost targets are met. Liaise with wafer fab process teams on DPPM and yield improvement activities Perform failure analysis on SSD products in qualification and production environments, working as a critical interface between various cross-functional teams, including Test, Reliability, Firmware, ASIC, NAND Design, Operations Identify and mitigate risks during development, performing failure analysis and driving corrective actions. Provide data-driven insights to leadership for critical decisions on products, infrastructure, and manufacturing processes. Improve group efficiency through automation initiatives and software tool implementation. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering with 6+ years of experience in NAND(FLASH) protocols and high-speed interfaces Experience in hardware designs, design validation, production tests, and signal integrity of high-speed interfaces Deep knowledge of product development cycle from concept to mass production Analytical mindset with ability to work independently and cross-functionally Strong problem-solving skills and executive communication experience SKILLS
Proficiency in Python scripting for test automation and data analysis Experience working on DFT and test automation Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, meters) and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Experience in managing projects from development to high-volume production with global cross-functional teams High level of integrity and commitment to quality and timeliness Additional Information
