Senior Data Analyst

to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is necessary to be considered for this role. The chosen candidate will support Government staff through a variety of responsibilities: Collaborate with data and system engineers to design, develop, build, analyze, and evaluate data management systems encompassing database modeling, relational database architecture, and metadata creation. Utilize data mapping, data mining, and transformational analysis tools to craft and enhance data repositories. Integrate diverse raw data from various sectors using supported Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes. Analyze enterprise-level Services of Common Concern to identify gaps, opportunities, and trends for enhancing services. Create and maintain engaging data visualization dashboards, reports, and other tailored products to meet client specifications. Provide analytic support for designing and executing surveys, data calls, and other data gathering methodologies across a federated network. Effectively communicate technical or analytical findings in approachable narratives using graphical, written, and verbal formats. Employ statistical methods, machine learning, natural language processing, and pattern recognition to uncover insights and trends. Design and develop intuitive dashboards and visualizations to present analytical outcomes. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of data analysis experience, a Master's degree with 6-10 years of data analysis experience, or no degree with 12+ years in a relevant field. Visualization and trend analysis experience are required. Ability to extract information from a diverse user base and apply appropriate analytic methodologies to derive actionable insights. Proficient with multiple data analytic tools such as Access, Excel, Python, R, SQL, and VBA. Experienced in visualizing and presenting data using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, engineering, and enhancement. Clearance Required: Must hold TS/SCI with Polygraph. Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of experience within the Intelligence Community. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. $89,700.00 - $162,150.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
