KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Finance Transformation in Financial Management for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities
Lead multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards
Utilize technical and financial operation, and transformation knowledge to identify complex client issues; broaden client relationships and develop a reputation as a thought leader
Conduct and support business development activities including identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities with current and new clients, while working with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines
Help lead advisory teams in solving complex strategic and tactical problems requiring excellent quantitative analysis skills
Build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery, and networking in professional organizations
Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies, intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts
Qualifications
Minimum ten years of recent relevant work experience around managing systems and product implementations with over eight team members in a consulting environment; minimum of five years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Financials, Procurement and/or Cloud ERP Implementation Experience / Oracle, Blackline, Trintech, OneStream experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or equivalent from an accredited college/university; Master's of Business Administration from an accredited college/university and CPA or another advanced professional credential is preferred
Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices
Progressive experience leading teams, mentoring staff, evaluating performance, and providing performance feedback
Ability to travel as required

Compensation and Benefits Salary in Atlanta, GA: $180,000.00 - $225,000.00. KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. The firm offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and a broad well-being benefits program.
