InX, part of The IN Group, is seeking an experienced Executive Search Researcher to join the New York office as Research Lead. You will support the placement of senior Partners into consultancies across The Americas. Location: New York City, Hybrid. Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Commission. Employment type: Full-time, permanent.
What we are looking for
3 or more years of experience in research within executive search.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
Proficiency in using various research tools and databases (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Market Research:
Conduct thorough market and industry research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and talent pools.
Analyze and interpret data to provide insights on potential candidates and target companies.
Candidate Identification:
Utilize various sourcing methods including databases, social media, networking, and direct approaches to identify high-potential candidates.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future executive search engagements.
Candidate Evaluation:
Conduct preliminary assessments and screenings of identified candidates.
Prepare detailed candidate profiles and reports for review by senior consultants and clients.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the executive search database with accurate and current candidate and client information.
Ensure all research activities and candidate interactions are documented appropriately.
Work closely with senior consultants and partners to understand client needs and position specifications.
Participate in client meetings to provide research insights and support.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on research findings, candidate progress, and market intelligence.
Present research findings and recommendations to senior consultants and clients as required.
