Responsibilities
Uses best practices and knowledge in the field of Financial Improvement Coordination to provide special functional or technical expertise in operations and transformation services. Performs studies of metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports, and recommendations. Interprets results using a variety of advanced qualitative and quantitative techniques. Participates in translating requirements and use cases during solution design and implementation to ensure a clear and concise understanding of requirements. Assists in the formulation and implementation of strategic plans. Assesses proposed solutions for compliance and determines which fit the business need. Provides tutorship to junior analysts. Coordinates with the client at the division director level. Qualifications
Six (6) years related experience in financial improvement initiatives. Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication with personnel at all levels. Experience in independently managing projects and strong management skills. Secret (Interim Clearances acceptable). Candidate selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Education Requirements
