Responsibilities
Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software. Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications. Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements. Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software. Evaluates effectiveness. Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management. Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools. Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Participates in development of software user manuals and technical reports. Qualifications
Associate's degree or higher in computer science, MIS, or related discipline, and/or 5 or more years in equivalent related experience At least 5 years of experience designing and developing business solutions for enterprise-level business applications Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies At least 3+ years of experience developing business solutions for enterprise-level applications based on Microsoft SharePoint, including use of the .NET framework At least 3-5 years of experience in custom development using the SharePoint platform and framework and the SharePoint object model Site collection administration Experience in front-end site design and development - SharePoint front-end web interface, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath Designer Experience with data-driven applications, collaboration sites, publishing sites, intranets Experience with user permission management and SharePoint groups management Strong documentation, writing and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of all Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI Familiarity with databases and information architecture Clearance Requirements
