$80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Overview

Seeking a highly skilled Service Support Engineer to contribute to the repair, troubleshooting, and enhancement of advanced test and measurement instruments. This role involves working with a variety of high-performance electronics, supporting both current and legacy products, and collaborating with global technical teams. Ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, precision, and continuous learning, with opportunities for international travel and professional development. Responsibilities

Interpret and work with CAD files and schematics for printed circuit boards containing complex analog, digital, RF, and high-speed components for debugging and rework. Apply expertise in signals and systems to validate, troubleshoot, and develop performance verification processes. Oversee and maintain RF and pulse generators along with other specialized equipment for product testing. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across global service, R&D, operations, and customer support. Plan and facilitate technical training sessions for both in-house and field service teams. Manage technical documentation to comply with ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 standards. Participate in global service center visits to support operations and resolve complex technical issues. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience. Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience. Strong grasp of circuit behavior in both frequency and time domains. Proficient in high-speed analog design, signal integrity, RF, and microwave principles. Skilled in operating digital oscilloscopes, power meters, RF generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers. Excellent communication skills. Benefits
