AI Business Solutions, Cloud Solution Architect
you will be passionate about driving our customers’ business applications & AI transformation on the Microsoft platform. In this customer-facing role, you will own both the business applications-focused technical relationship and technical strategy between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation and operational health engagements. professionals to join our teams across various business groups, for varying customer sizes, in our enterprise, regulated, and partner services organizations. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home. Travel percentages will vary according to role. Customer Centricity: Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor to customers by leveraging M365 Enterprise Services expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. You will actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best outcomes. Customer Insights: Provide feedback and insights from customers back to the relevant MS teams to enable continuous improvement. Business Impact: Consume (Cloud & Support) growth by developing opportunities to drive Customer Success business results, ensuring stakeholders understand Microsoft’s M365 value proposition and realize value from investments. Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services or Teams/Phone/voice services and technical subject matter expertise. Lead technical conversations to drive value from MS investments; deliver work per Microsoft best practices and policies with repeatable IP. Technical Leadership: Demonstrate a self-learner mindset; align skills with team demands and Customer Success goals. Accelerate customer outcomes by engaging with communities, sharing expertise, and contributing to IP creation. Other: Embody our culture and values. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, or equivalent experience. 2+ years experience working on technical projects with experience designing and deploying solutions in AI/Microsoft 365 solutions or related, plus knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures for integrating on-premises workloads with Azure resources. Breadth of technical experience with depth in Microsoft 365 Copilot and related Microsoft 365 solutions (e.g., Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Endpoint, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop and/or Windows 365). Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, or Master’s Degree with 6+ years experience, or equivalent. 4+ years experience in a customer-facing role and 4+ years in technical projects. Change management experience and/or PROSCI certification; strong business and sales acumen. Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure) and certifications in related Microsoft technologies. Deep knowledge of Cloud/hybrid messaging, collaboration, or unified environments; breadth across two or more Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, Teams Phone, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Viva, Power Platform, Windows & Cloud Endpoint, Identity and Access Management, Information Protection, Governance & Risk Management, Compliance). Cloud Solution Architecture IC3 range: USD $85,100 - $169,800/year. IC4 range: USD $106,400 - $203,600/year. There are location-based adjustments.
