Responsibilities
Process map critical business operations and document requirements in order to optimize LogicMonitor's systems
Partner with business stakeholders to uncover automation opportunities, clearly communicating project scope and timelines across the organization
Design technical solutions for process transformation, partnering with administrators and developers from various departments
Identify and streamline time-consuming internal processes, contributing to the creation of automated, reliable, and scalable solutions
Create and maintain accurate and consistent process documentation
Ensure accuracy and accessibility of system data, collaborating with the data team and overseeing reliable integrations between systems
Manage the user acceptance testing (UAT) process for key initiatives and meticulously document results
Collaborate with system administrators to implement best practices in system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, and data integrity
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree
2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration or Analysis
Proficiency in agile project management and release management
Familiarity with Salesforce (required), Marketo, Jira, Gong, Clari, Zoominfo, SalesNavigator or equivalent best-of-breed SaaS applications and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in Operations oriented roles
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple activities within a deadline-driven environment
Capability to assess the end-to-end process and provide insights on downstream effects of changes
