Join our mission to transform pharmacy benefits and healthcare navigation as a Staff Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus. You will help set the technical direction for our web application platform, lead team initiatives, and deliver exceptional user experiences built on React and Next.js. Youll own critical experiences end-to-endfrom frontend architecture and performance to the backend-for-frontend (BFF) and API contractswhile mentoring engineers, partnering with Product and Design, and raising the bar on quality, reliability, and developer experience. Position Responsibilities
Co-own frontend/Next.js architecture and standards across teams Lead delivery of complex features end-to-end (frontend + BFF) Define SSR/SSG/ISR, Server Components, routing, caching, CDN/edge Drive performance and accessibility (Core Web Vitals, WCAG AA) Improve developer experience: testing, CI/CD, monorepo, Storybook Shape requirements with Product/Design; de-risk and scope work Mentor engineers; lead design reviews, RFCs, and architecture docs Uphold operational excellence: readiness, on-call, incidents, SLOs Enforce security and compliance (OWASP, CSP, OAuth/OIDC, PHI) Contribute to long-term platform strategy and migrations Preferred Qualifications
10+ years building large-scale web apps; Staff-level impact Expert in React and TypeScript; deep Next.js (App Router, RSC, SSR/SSG/ISR, middleware, edge) Strong Node.js/BFF; solid API design (REST/GraphQL) and typed clients Python experience is a plus Frontend performance: code-splitting, caching, RUM, image/bundle optimizations UI architecture/state: Nuqs, CSS Modules/Tailwind; design systems Testing: Jest/Vitest, RTL, Playwright/Cypress; strong CI/CD Cloud experience (AWS/Vercel); serverless; IaC a plus Data and caching: Postgres, Redis; Elasticsearch a plus Observability: Sentry/Datadog, OpenTelemetry, logging/alerts Security-first mindset: OWASP, CSP, CSRF/XSS, OAuth/OIDC Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership Bonus: experimentation/feature flags, analytics, i18n, monorepos, healthcare/HIPAA Salary Range
