Responsibilities
We are seeking a well experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM Techno-Functional Lead. 6+ years of experience to support ongoing operations of our Oracle EBS 12.2.x platform. The consultant will provide L2/L3 support for SCM modules, drive root cause analysis (RCA), ensure issue resolution, and participate in change control and documentation efforts. Deep expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle SCM is essential. Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS SCM modules. The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge in Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Supply Chain modules along with strong technical troubleshooting capabilities in complex, integrated environments including Planning, WMS, 3PLs, Inventory, and external platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and defects across L2/L3 within SLA timelines. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical incidents. Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and support guides. Participate in CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and follow change control processes. Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure accurate issue tracking and timely resolution. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and offshore/onshore resources for seamless issue management. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process and performance enhancements. Qualifications
6+ years of experience supporting Oracle EBS 12.2.x platform operations. Deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle SCM modules, including O2C, P2P, and related supply chain areas. Strong troubleshooting capabilities in integrated environments with Planning, WMS, 3PLs, Inventory, and external platforms. Experience providing L2/L3 support, RCA, and documentation; familiarity with change control processes. Ability to collaborate with business and IT teams and coordinate cross-functional, offshore/onshore resources. Ability to identify and drive process and performance improvements. Seniorities
