Established in 2012, we now have 45 employees and offices in both London and New York. We are Industry Leading Recruitment Specialists within the Renewables, Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Nuclear, Hydrogen, Energy Management, Energy Trading, Energy IT and Oil & Gas sectors.
The Role As a 360 Recruitment Consultant in New York, you'll be:
Networking and developing new business
Pitching AVA Energy services to potential clients
Candidate sourcing via job boards
Candidate screening by phone, video, or in-person
Achieving set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
About you
Minimum 2 years’ experience and success in recruitment
Ideally experience in a professional recruitment market (e.g., Tech, Finance)
A natural mentor and leader

3pm Friday finish
True Hybrid schedule - On-site every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Remote on Mondays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
