Swickard Automotive Group is a premier dealership group known for their excellence in customer service and employee satisfaction. Our Land Rover San Francisco location is seeking a dedicated Shop Foreman to lead our skilled team of technicians.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Provide leadership and guidance to technicians, fostering a collaborative environment.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed to Land Rover standards.
Coordinate with service advisors to meet customer expectations and service deadlines.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workshop.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on Land Rover vehicles.
Proven leadership experience in a dealership or automotive service setting.
Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with Land Rover diagnostic tools.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary with potential earnings up to $180,000 annually.

Physical Requirements
Lifting and Carrying: Frequently lifting and/or moving objects up to 10 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds (or up to 100 pounds in some cases, especially in heavy equipment shops). Involves parts, tools, and equipment.
Standing and Walking: Regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods in the shop, inspecting vehicles and interacting with technicians.
Reaching, Bending, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling: Frequent movements when inspecting vehicles and components.
Dexterity and Hand-Eye Coordination: Proficient use of hands to handle tools and operate diagnostic equipment.
Climbing and Balancing: Occasionally required to climb or balance when accessing different parts of a vehicle or using ladders.
