As a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead for Contact Government Services (CGS), you will be using your legal experience to aid a large federal agency in achieving its mission. You will provide electronic discovery technical support and assist with strategic and legal aspects using Relativity. $114,816.00/yr - $165,845.33/yr Employment Type: Full-Time, Experienced Responsibilities
Performs analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files Consults with attorneys and support staff to conform to ESI specifications and participates in teleconferences with co-counsel, client agencies, and opposing counsel as requested Ensures that incoming and outgoing productions comply with applicable ESI specifications; provides detailed notice of deficiencies when found Performs advanced analytics in Relativity Creates, troubleshoots, and repairs Active Learning Projects in Relativity Provides input on technology options to respond to specific discovery Ensures standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support are consistently applied across the life of the case Creates statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production Stays informed about emerging electronic discovery technologies and processes Maintains current knowledge of software applications in the area of expertise Contributes to regular briefings on new technology and process improvements in electronic discovery Generates custom PowerShell scripts Creates/Supports Case Map and Text Map databases Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end) Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts Advanced hands-on experience with Active Learning Strong written and verbal communication skills Detailed planning and organizational skills with understanding of processes at each stage of the eDiscovery lifecycle Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Team player with ability to manage complex relationships with stakeholders Well organized, detail-oriented, good judgment, and capable of working independently Undergraduate degree required; 5+ years of relevant experience. Law degree, technical certification, or related graduate degree strongly preferred Must be a United States citizen Ideal additional qualifications
Knowledge of advanced searches in Relativity; generating search indexes, workflows, permissions, and Case Dynamics Ability to write scripts for workflow improvements, utilities, and data manipulation Ability to generate complex productions from Relativity Hands-on experience with Case Map and Text Map Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance Benefits and commitment
