A highly regarded litigation practice is seeking a junior to mid-level Litigation Associate (2–3 years PQE) to join its Newport Beach office. This team is known for its strong track record in handling complex, high-stakes disputes across a range of industries. The successful candidate will have experience in sophisticated commercial litigation, ideally with exposure to federal and state court proceedings, motion practice, and trial prep. About The Team
This is a collaborative, growth-oriented litigation group that values high performance and mentorship. Associates benefit from direct partner guidance, meaningful client interaction, and real responsibility from day one. The team works across practice areas including securities, consumer class actions, business torts, and financial services disputes. Key Responsibilities
Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions Conduct legal research, write memos, and prepare client-ready work product Support discovery efforts including depositions, subpoenas, and document review Participate in strategy discussions and trial preparation Liaise with clients and opposing counsel Who You Are
2–3 years of experience in complex commercial litigation Clerkship experience strongly preferred Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills Member of the California Bar (or willing to take it) Committed to being in-office at least 3 days per week Compensation
Base Salary:
$235,000 – $260,000 (DOE) Bonuses:
