Sr. Product Manager role at Adobe. The position focuses on partnering with Adobe Marketing, Sales, and operations to identify key business requirements, prioritize solutions, and drive them to successful completion to achieve business goals. The role collaborates with business teams, other Product Managers, and Program Managers to plan, test, and execute requirements on an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, and partners with technical and UX teams to design and develop technology solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role will primarily focus on Marketing Operations and Sales experience in AEP and MSFT Dynamics, with a preference for individuals who have hands-on technical knowledge of Dynamics and Adobe Experience Platform. What You’ll Do
Partner with business users to understand current Marketing & Sales processes at Adobe and build the future state on a target solution – AEP and/or MSFT Dynamics. Lead and facilitate process-improvement sessions with business customers. Drive and influence the product vision; collaborate with architecture, design, and engineering teams to deliver right business results. Communicate and align product vision and strategy with internal customers and technical teams. Strategically align with architecture, engineering, and other product teams on interdependent solutions and initiatives. Lead planning, documentation, and delivery of run-the-business requirements and large technology initiatives. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business testers and define acceptance tests with Quality Engineering for features. Manage and prioritize product backlog, collecting defects and improvement requests. Support release planning and schedule backlog items into regular releases aligned to business priority. Qualifications
6+ years of product management experience, including launching global large-scale technology solutions. Strong technical knowledge of Marketing and Sales capabilities on technologies like Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and MSFT Dynamics. 3+ years of hands-on experience analyzing, defining, and modeling/building unified customer profiles using a customer experience management platform – AEP. Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and modeling; familiarity with ETL tools and APIs for data integration. Understanding of identity resolution and customer profile unification; hands-on experience with AEP components such as Real-Time CDP and Journey Orchestration. Understanding of cloud infrastructure and data lakes; ability to optimize workflows and build scalable systems; manage data storage, ingestion limits, and API usage. Experience implementing these solutions at other enterprise customers; solid experience in Scrum or similar Agile methodologies. Self-starter who thrives in challenging environments; ability to work with mentorship on new projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with engineers, operations, and non-technical audiences, including individual contributors, management, and executive leadership. Strong collaboration and influencing skills without formal authority; excellent conflict-resolution and facilitation abilities. Bachelor’s degree in CS or related technical field, or relevant work experience is highly desirable. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $111,000 -- $212,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
