We are seeking a Vice President with extensive buyout experience working across the middle market. We are a generalist fund managing $1B AUM. Qualifications Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, macroeconomic factors, and industry developments that may impact the private credit landscape. Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in private credit, private equity, or a related investment field, with a strong track record of originating, structuring, and executing investments. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required. Technical Skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel, financial statements, and credit analysis tools. Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies and deal structures to internal stakeholders, clients, and investors. Leadership: Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of professionals in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of private credit, distressed debt, leveraged finance, or similar asset classes, and familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory considerations.
