Our client, a highly
respected investment firm managing nearly $25 billion in assets , is seeking a
Vice President, RIA Channel Management
to lead the expansion of its U.S. Growth Equity presence within the RIA market. This is a
high-impact leadership role
responsible for driving sales, developing and executing strategic distribution plans, leading business development initiatives, and supporting select areas of institutional client servicing. The VP will work closely with Marketing and Client Service to deliver sales initiatives, contribute to product positioning across multiple channels, conduct investment analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategy, and play an active role in firmwide initiatives.
Responsibilities
Drive sales and develop/execute strategic distribution plans for the RIA channel within the U.S. Growth Equity franchise.
Lead business development initiatives and support select areas of institutional client servicing.
Collaborate with Marketing and Client Service to deliver sales initiatives and contribute to product positioning across multiple channels.
Conduct investment analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategy; participate in firmwide initiatives.
Qualifications
At least 10 years in the investment management industry with a proven track record of success in RIA-focused distribution; deep experience in the RIA distribution channel.
Strong knowledge of investment concepts and performance metrics; advanced proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and investment platforms; expertise in performance attribution tools.
CFA designation strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits This opportunity offers exceptional benefits and earning potential, with first-year compensation of up to
$225,000
base salary and total earnings of up to
$500,000
including bonus and variable components.
