Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field 7+ years of leadership experience in high-volume hospitality environments Strong background in operations, financials, and team development Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling software ServSafe and alcohol service certifications Key Responsibilities
Lead all day-to-day foodservice and hospitality operations across the venue Manage department leaders, driving performance and accountability Develop and execute strategic plans that align with Levy and client goals Monitor financial performance and implement cost controls Build strong relationships with venue partners and clients Uphold Levy's standards of safety, service, and hospitality Benefits
